Customer Service Representative - Work from Home - USA
IMMEDIATE NEED $13.00/hour

What you will be doing

Speaking with people who've filed for unemployment, initiating them into the State's process, clarifying information and entering data associated with their responses.

What you bring to the position (required qualifications)

  • High school diploma, or equivalent required
  • Education and/or direct experience in customer service, data entry, or social work fields
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Fluency in second or multiple languages a plus
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Ability to exhibit a professional, positive attitude and work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required and ability to show empathy and interact professionally with culturally diverse individuals during a time of crisis and distress
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Critical thinking and sound judgment required
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency with computers and data entry into electronic tracking systems
  • Ability to pass training curriculum for Contact Tracing

Home Office Requirements:

  • Personal Windows-based computer with monitor, speakers, anti-virus software installed
  • A corded, NOT wireless headset
  • Must have anti-virus software installed
  • Crucial: A quiet environment free of distractions
  • Must be hard-wired to your internet (NOT WIFI)
  • Operating System must be Windows 7 or Higher or must be the latest macOS
  • Processor must be a Dual Core 2.0GHz or Higher
  • Must have 10 GB of RAM or Higher
  • Internet Bandwidth must be 5 Mbps Download & 1 Mbps Upload
  • Internet Ping must be below 80 ms
